Privacy Policy In the course of serving its customers, CemUP acquires, stores and transmits customer communications and information that customers may regard as private or sensitive. Some of this information – such as the customer’s name, address, telephone number, and credit card data – is provided to CemUP by its customers in order to establish service. Other information – such as the customer’s account status, choice of services, and customer logs – is created and maintained by CemUP in the normal course of providing service. This Privacy Policy applies only to CemUP ‘s treatment of data collected online, and does not apply to any offline data collection practices or to the data collection practices of any third parties, CemUP customers, or any entities affiliated with CemUP . Also, please note that use of CemUP ‘s website constitutes acceptance of this Privacy Policy. Third-Party Relationships When you purchase from CemUP , your credit card information, name, and billing address to credit card companies for verification, and to authorize your purchase. CemUP supplies the customer’s name and billing information to its partners (e.g, ScanAlert and GeoTrust) who use this information to deliver your purchase. CemUP do not sell, share, or rent your personal information with other third parties. CemUP may send offers to customers on behalf of third party partners. If a customer wishes to take advantage of the offer, the Customer will provide their information to CemUP ‘s partners directly. CemUP will not share customer information with these third party partners.

Please review the privacy policies of CemUP ‘s third party partners to determine how they will customer information. In the case of a business transaction, including but not limited to, a merger or sale of a portion of CemUP ‘s assets, customer information will likely be part of the assets transferred. In this event, CemUP will attempt to notify impacted customers that their information has been transferred. Opt Out & Modifications Customers may opt out of receiving notices of new or upgraded products from CemUP and CemUP partners by sending an email to optout@CemUP .com. However, customers may not opt out of receiving information from CemUP which is essential for maintaining or updating customers’ accounts or system information. Most customers may access and modify their personal information via their online personal control panel/account information page. All other customers may access and modify their personal information by contacting the appropriate CemUP Billing organization.

Customers who need to correct or update their personal information (such as their email address), can do so by logging into their account or by emailing the customer support department at support@CemUP .com. Notification of Changes In the event of a change in policy, CemUP will post a notice of the change on www.CemUP .com, so customers are aware of what information is collected, how it is used, and under what circumstances, if any, it is disclosed. If at any point CemUP decides to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, CemUP will notify customers via email or by posting a prominent notice on www.CemUP .com 30 days prior to implementing the change. Customers will have a choice as to whether or not CemUP will use their information in this manner. CemUP disclaims any intention to censor, edit or engage in ongoing review or surveillance of communications stored on or transmitted through its facilities by customers or others. CemUP will, however, review, delete or block access to communications that may harm CemUP , its customers or third parties. The grounds on which CemUP may take such action include, but are not limited to, actual or potential violations of CemUP ‘s Acceptable Use Policy.
